Injuries
This is an 8a in Portugal, the one that I expected to be my first of many.unfortunately, in last December I heard a noise on the finger, and there it was: an injury on the A2 pulley.
I'm still recovering from the finger and shoulders. Sometimes I get really sad but, fortunately, not very often.
Try to see the movie, The Professionals, with François Legrand and Yuji Hirayama, it's great! Besides seeing two of the best climbers, you'll have the chance to gain some more strength, if you're injured.
I've talk to them once, to François in Valence in 2004, and with Yuji in Munich, in 2005. They seemed really nice, talking to everyone that would approach them, although considered legends in our favorite sport .
